Refund policy

Every UrMove piece is made to order. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, defective or wrong, email urmove.us@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we’ll send a free replacement or a full refund. You don’t need to send it back. If an item doesn’t fit, unworn and unwashed items can be exchanged for another size within 30 days. You cover return shipping and we ship the new size free. Because items are printed to order, we can’t refund for change of mind. If tracking shows no movement for 5+ business days, contact us and we’ll help. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
